Facilities, Services & General Rules

Our modern facilities wide range of services and customer focused English speaking staff ensure that our customers enjoy the highest level of service, security and privacy, all at competitive prices.

Marina office

The Marina Office is manned by English speaking staff and is open between 9am and 7pm seven days a week but this will vary depending on the season. You can contact us on VHF Channel 9 or (+34) 956 021 660.

Berthing assistance

The marina is manned 24/7 by friendly professional staff who are available to assist you at anytime! Please contact us on VHF Channel 9 before you arrive so we can direct you to a berth.


Alcaidesa Marina has 624 berths ranging in size between 8 to 100 metres. Berths up to 20 metres are all on floating timber decked pontoons with fingers being provided for berths of up to 15m. The larger berths are located on a fixed jetty with private vehicular access & parking. The service pedestals provide metered electrical & water services as well as terrestrial and satellite television on selected pontoons.

Fuel station

The fuelling station, located adjacent to the Marina Office, provides both Diesel and Unleaded Petrol. Opening hours are the same as the Marina Office. Calor gas is also available.


Our boatyard has a 75-tonne boat hoist and clean outside storages areas. Our staff are available to carry out hull cleaning & antifouling services. A full workshop facility is also available operated by Elías Blanco S.L., (contact +34 956 90 90 49) (authorized Volvo Penta service agent) offering all aspects of marine engineering, maintenance and repair. If you require any of these services please contact the Marina Office or one of our staff.

24 hour security

A CCTV installation protects the Marina’s facilities. We also have 24 hour security presence at key locations. Each pontoon bridge head has a card activated access control system.

Car parking facilities

We have extensive parking facilities spread throughout the Marina with easy access to the pontoons.


Bins for general waste and recycling are provided at each bridge head. Please dispose of waste in the bins provided. If you require the disposal of waste oil, solvent containers, rags or batteries, please contact the Marina Office who will direct you to the correct disposal containers located within the Marina.


Wi-Fi internet is provided across the marina. An access code is required to use this facility and terms and conditions apply.

Toilets and showers

The modern facilities building provides spacious bathrooms with showers, toilets etc., solely for the use of our clients, fully equipped disabled facilities are available.


The hospital of La Línea is within easy reach of the marina as well as the Clínica Universal, which can provide you with any private health care you may require.

Coffe shop

At the heart of the Marina, you'll find the Alcaidesa Lounge Bar. Its spacious terrace is a great place to spend time with friends and family, sipping an aperitif and admiring the panoramic views of our marina and surroounding sights. 


Pets are welcome at our Marina provided they are kept on a lead while in any public areas. Owners are requested to clean up after them and put any waste in the bins provided.

Swimming and fishing

Swimming and fishing are strictly forbidden within the marina.


All vessels that use our facilities at Alcaidesa Marina require a valid insurance policy, with a minimum cover of third party with salvage of €500,000. Please have your current insurance certificate available to show to the Marina Office upon arrival.
